Our lead groomer completed professional pet grooming and pet management training through Kirkwood Community College, bringing decades of knowledge, patience, and hands-on expertise to every appointment.

Shanna
Shanna is a lifelong animal lover, dedicated pet stylist, and busy mom of three who brings warmth, patience, and genuine compassion to every grooming appointment.
Sharing her home with multiple dogs and a variety of reptiles has given Shanna years of hands-on experience caring for animals with different personalities and needs. She believes every pet deserves individualized attention and strives to make each visit as comfortable and stress-free as possible.
From nail trims and baths to breed-specific styling and complete grooming services, Shanna takes pride in helping every dog leave feeling clean, comfortable, and confident.
As a fellow pet owner, she understands the trust families place in their groomer and treats every animal with the same love, kindness, and respect she gives her own pets.

Rhylan & Kahyl
Rhylan and Kahyl are sisters who bring energy, compassion, and enthusiasm to every grooming appointment.
Outside the salon, they're active roller derby athletes and devoted animal lovers who care for their own dogs, reptiles, and rabbit. Their lifelong experience with animals has taught them the importance of patience, gentle handling, and attentive care.
As bathing and grooming assistants, they work hard to ensure every pet feels comfortable throughout the grooming process. Their teamwork, attention to detail, and positive personalities help create a welcoming experience for both pets and their owners.
Erika
Originally from New York City, Erika brings a genuine passion for dogs and a calm, caring approach to every grooming session.
At home, Erika and her fiancé share their lives with six dogs, including several beloved foster "fails" who became permanent family members. Their dedication to fostering has given Erika valuable experience working with dogs of different breeds, temperaments, and backgrounds.
Known for her patience and kindness, Erika is committed to helping every pet feel comfortable, safe, and cared for while delivering exceptional grooming results.
